LOS ANGELES, July 24  — Merv Griffin’s Crosswords, the
exciting new game show from the creator of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!,
is looking for California’s brightest crossword enthusiasts … from San
Diego to Sacramento and everywhere in between. The syndicated half-hour
series-set to premiere on September 10-is holding its first open casting
call this Saturday, July 28, at Tribune Studios in Los Angeles.
