Valerie Bertinelli Teams Up With Rachael Ray

NEW YORK– Veteran actress and current
spokesperson for Jenny Craig, Valerie Bertinelli, has joined the “Rachael
Ray” show as a “celebrity content buddy,” who will work to develop segments
that reflect her personality and interests as a mom and working woman.
For her first segment as a “celebrity content buddy,” Valerie travels
to New Orleans for a girls’ guide to the gridiron at a “Monday Night
Football” game. She displays her passion for football while teaching women
how not to become “football widows.” Valerie also drops by the studio to
show off her cooking skills and whips up her special Louisiana gumbo. The
segment airs on Tuesday, October 23rd.

“Valerie is the girlfriend and neighbor you wish you had. She lives her
life with the same passion that our viewers do,” said Rachael Ray. “It is
really exciting for me to have her as our ‘correspondent extraordinaire.’”
